Job summary

The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) is seeking an Operations Analyst in Sacramento for a 12-month limited-term role. The position focuses on administrative and analytical tasks to support the Field Operations Division (FOD), with strong emphasis on accuracy, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration.

• Analyze data, identify trends, and improve workflows.
• Own documents, reports, tools, and resources for statewide operations.
• Prepare reports and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Deliver excellent customer service across FOD and build relationships.
