Constellation Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC.

The analyst will evaluate processes, people, and technology for client operations, supporting DHS-related missions by collecting and analyzing information and presenting findings to clients. The role requires experience in dashboards and data visualization, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or on a contractor team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a government consultant or support contractor collecting, analyzing, preparing, and presenting data to senior government leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and for our client understanding their needs and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• U.S. citizen able to pass a background investigation by the client agency; DHS clearance with CBP/ICE or DoD Top-Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical methods and tools to evaluate and integrate data from various sources to assess and propose solutions.
• Use tools like Power BI, Tableau or other visualization software to synthesize information for senior executives.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on progress and outcomes to leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to understand and improve business processes; document requirements.
• Deliver schedule management and milestone tracking for projects with strong problem-solving skills.
• Develop deliverables: analyses, reports, slides, and client discussions.
• Support studies and meetings; document notes; analyze data; develop guides and trackers.
• Support program leadership with meeting coordination and documentation.
