Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure NCCN/Stanford guidelines are followed across the cancer care path.
• Educate patients on disease, trials, treatments, and symptom management.
• Coordinate with social work, nutrition, and clinical teams to remove barriers to care.
• Provide one-on-one oncology nurse navigation through diagnosis to survivorship.
• Support accreditation and quality standards with the care team.
