Responsibilities

• Perform bioinformatic analysis of genomics data from NGS (WES, WGS, targeted DNA/RNA panels).
• Develop, validate, and deploy scalable bioinformatics pipelines for oncology products.
• Present findings to drive decision-making in R&D and pipeline improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
• Support production operations and ensure high data quality and timely turnaround.
