Jacobs is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer in Ohio to lead conceptual and detailed design for state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. You will interface with multiple disciplines, manage client expectations, and help develop process options and data for flow sheets.

The role involves mentoring junior engineers, supporting proposals, budgets, and schedules, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 4-5 years of chemical process engineering experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT/FE) certification.
• Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Perform conceptual and detailed design for advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Use best practices and industry knowledge to solve complex engineering problems.
• Interface with other disciplines, project management, and the client to provide fully coordinated projects.
• Support field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors, and performing field walks.
• Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on basic engineering applications and principles.
• Participate in the development of proposals, budgets, and schedules for process-specific work.
