Frink-Hamlett Legal Solutions is seeking an experienced Temporary Commercial Contracts Attorney for a three-month assignment in New York City. The role is hybrid—three days on site, two remote—with compensation at $70–$80 per hour plus benefits.

The attorney will handle high‑volume contracting, negotiate with counterparties, advise business teams, and work on technology, licensing, and other commercial agreements. Prior in‑house or private practice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a busy contracting workload.
• Negotiate with counterparties and advise business teams.
• Work on technology, licensing, consulting, publishing/content and other operational agreements.
• Improve contracting processes and technology, including contract management systems.
• Provide training and guidance on commercial contracting topics.
