Job summary

TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. in New York is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the selection, customization, and deployment of a project and program management tool.

You will engage stakeholders across the organization, build a roadmap, manage change, and track progress with reporting and dashboards. The role requires advanced degree and 7 years of project management experience, with preference for those who have worked in regulated or financial institutions and led enterprise-wide tool

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer science, project management or a similar field; a first level degree may be accepted with two more qualifying years of experience.
• 7 years of proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• At least 5 years of experience operating within highly regulated or financial institutions is desired.
• Proven track record of leading at least one enterprise-wide project management tool implementation (such as ClickUp, ServiceNow, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Map workflows and processes for the project management tool and define lifecycle stages.
• Establish RFI/RFP criteria, governances, auditability, vendor/contract management and budget.
• Coordinate with vendors during RFI/RFP, demonstrations and negotiations.
• Gather requirements to configure the tool for standardized processes and decision rights.
• Define roles for system administrators, project managers, sponsors and governance.
