You will support the day-to-day execution of a Financial Wellbeing Program, handling onboarding, workshops, content management, compliance submissions, and reporting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in program operations or project management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables across teams in a hybrid onsite/remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of a Financial Wellbeing Program.
• Manage program operations end-to-end including onboarding, workshop coordination, content management, compliance submissions, reporting, and process documentation.
• Proactively identify and resolve errors to prevent impact to production, clients or partners.
