• Experience with fund administration and period-close processes
• Experience responding to investor inquiries and supporting the fund admin

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of the fund financials
• Be a key member helping with the month, quarter, and year-end close process
• Help with capital calls, distributions, and reconciliations
• Be a resource for audit inquiries and assist the fund admin
• Analyze high risk accounts on the balance sheet and income statement to recommend improved methods
• Maintain an analytical mindset and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Respond to investor requests and special projects as they arise
