Job summary

FactSet, a global provider of financial data and analytics, is seeking a Paralegal to support corporate governance and securities functions in New York. You will work with senior counsel on board materials, filings, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You'll maintain corporate books, support annual meeting logistics, and help implement governance programs. A 5+ year background in securities law and in-house or firm experience is preferred, with a hybrid NYC schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of paralegal experience in securities law.
• Experience with corporate secretarial duties and governance processes.
• Familiar with SEC reporting, Section 16 compliance, and governance for public companies.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and corporate secretarial initiatives and prepare board materials.
• Maintain corporate books, minutes, and approvals; assist with calendar and planning.
• Assist with Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and proxy statements; NYSE/Nasdaq filings.
