Qualifications

• Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to practice in NY.
• Excellent academic performance.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex matters.
• Handling e-discovery and fact development with proficiency.
• Addressing complex fact, legal, and logistical issues with foresight; and
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
