Qualifications

• Top-tier law school JD with excellent academic record
• Active NY Bar in good standing
• 5–7 years of employment law experience focusing on wage/hour matters
• Experience advising employers on wage/hour compliance
• Experience handling complex wage/hour matters incl. class/collective actions
• Experience defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants
• Experience drafting employment agreements including executive compensation provisions
• Ability to leverage AI-driven technologies to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, from inception through resolution
• Advise employers on complex workplace law issues, including employee relations, compliance, and risk management
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and executive compensation provisions
• Represent clients in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements
• Aptitude to apply AI driven and emerging technologies effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic, practical solutions tailored to client needs
