Qualifications

• Experience in color production, offline production, and/or VFX/finishing production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Producers in managing multiple post-production projects and schedules.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across editorial, color, and finishing teams.
• Organize project kickoffs, client reviews, and internal production meetings.
• Take notes on client calls and communicate feedback.
• Coordinate with Operations to collect and manage project elements.
• Facilitate communication between clients and CO3 Operations.
• Monitor progress to identify scheduling conflicts or resource needs.
