CASES in New York City seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team at the Nathaniel Clinic, OMH-licensed outpatient program serving justice-involved individuals.

The role involves medication management, collaborative care, and care coordination with therapists and RNs. NYC license, DEA, and MAT waiver are required or in progress. Hybrid, full-time with a 35-hour work week and a salary of $160,000–$170,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner with specialization in Psychiatry.
• New York State NP license required; board certified preferred.
• DEA registration for controlled substances; MAT DEA waiver or plan to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment per scope and regulations for CCBHC.
• Conduct 12-14 follow-ups or 4-6 IPEs daily.
• Perform psychiatric assessments and monitoring of medications.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to support recovery goals.
• Respond to walk-ins and urgent needs with risk-based prioritization.
• Prescribe medications per diagnosis and lab results; review side effects.
