This hybrid role involves providing post-sales support, focusing on network operations and migrating from Cisco to Juniper platforms. The position offers a competitive salary between $140,000 and $160,000, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service provider or enterprise network engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper MX, EX, SSR, and Mist platforms.
• Familiarity with Cisco devices and migration strategies.
• Deep understanding of routing protocols including MPLS, ISIS, Segment Routing, and IP-based services.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and present in front of clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Juniper SME for the customer, providing hands-on support.
• Lead operational and engineering efforts including troubleshooting and design support.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customer teams.
• Support migration efforts from Cisco to Juniper.
