Job summary

Santander is seeking an Associate - Business Technology Project Lead in a hybrid, 3-day on-site role at our Madison Ave, NY location. You will bridge Business and Technology, guiding delivery from initiation to closure across multiple teams.

The role requires strong project management, SDLC knowledge, and experience with Agile or traditional methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work/education.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in Java, JavaScript, API delivery and vendor APIs.
• 5+ years knowledge of SDLC and technology project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of business-driven technology initiatives across multiple projects.
• Act as liaison between Business and Technology teams to translate priorities into delivery plans.
• Provide executive-level updates on progress, risks, and business impact.
