Job summary

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver high-quality, in-clinic and virtual primary care in Bloomington, Minnesota. The role emphasizes holistic, evidence-based care with strong clinical support.

Expect a full-time schedule with weekends rotation and strong benefits. Candidates should have an NP or PA pathway, applicable licensure, and EPIC EHR experience to support patient care.

Qualifications

• NPs must have an active FNP license and board certification.
• PAs require NCCPA certification and an unrestricted PA license.
• Ability to obtain multi-state licensure per business needs.
• DOT certification completed within 30 days of employment.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, and management of conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support outcomes.
• Coordinate care with other health professionals and handle clinic operations.
• Engage patients in wellness services and preventive screenings.
• Manage inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, and insurance verification.
