Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc. (MSPB) seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our dynamic team in Florida. This full-time role supports our clinical efforts in delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will perform histories, exams, order tests, provide prescriptions, and collaborate with physicians to develop comprehensive care plans while maintaining compliance with regulations. A valid PA or NP license is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PA or NP with applicable state licensure and certification.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication with patients, physicians and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform histories, exams, and assessments to develop patient care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide health education to patients.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement comprehensive care plans.
• Use clinical judgment to initiate emergency treatments per office protocols.
