Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc. (MSPB) seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our dynamic team in Florida. This full-time role supports our clinical efforts in delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will perform histories, exams, order tests, provide prescriptions, and collaborate with physicians to develop comprehensive care plans while maintaining compliance with regulations. A valid PA or NP license is required.

Located In: Boynton Beach, Florida 33437

Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches (MSPB) is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will support our clinical efforts in providing exceptional care to patients, working closely with physicians and other health professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

Perform history reviews, physical exams, and assessments to develop individualized patient care plans.

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient health needs and make informed decisions.

Provide prescriptions, administer medications, and offer health education to patients.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive care plans.

Use clinical judgment to initiate emergency treatments in accordance with office protocols, consulting with physicians as necessary.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, State Board of Nursing, and Federal DEA regulations.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and follow-ups.

Participate in required training programs and adhere to all MSBP policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Work Environment

While the hospital environment is always required, a combination of office, remote, and hospital-based work may be offered. Flexibility to work from different locations is expected.

Qualifications

Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with applicable state licensure and certification.

Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams.
