Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches Inc. in Boynton Beach, FL, seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity.

The role supports clinical care, working closely with physicians and other health professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. The position involves history reviews, exams, testing, prescriptions, patient education, and development of comprehensive care plans, with compliance to OSHA, CLIA, DEA, and MSBP policies.

Qualificações

• Licensed PA or NP with applicable state licensure and certification.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team.
• Effective communication with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams.
• Commitment to quality care and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform history reviews, physical exams, and assessments to develop individualized care plans.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to guide patient care.
• Provide prescriptions, administer medications, and educate patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals on comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, State Board of Nursing, and Federal DEA regulations.
• Participate in training and adhere to MSBP policies and laws.
