Job summary

Reproductive Health Collaborative Nebraska, Omaha, NE, seeks a talented communications designer to align messaging and visuals across print and digital channels.

In a hybrid role, you’ll work with the Director of Communications & Resource Development to implement strategy, manage day-to-day design deliverables, oversee the In Control campaign, and support multi-channel outreach through newsletters, reports, websites, social media, and video.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or journalism.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, color theory, layout and composition.
• Ability to communicate strategy across stakeholders and multiple channels.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools and platforms including Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, and social channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on communications strategy to produce clear, compelling messages aligned to brand and campaigns.
• Create and manage design deliverables for print and digital channels, newsletters, annual reports, and websites.
• Produce high-quality multimedia content and manage regular social media postings.
• Maintain and monitor social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Support audience-targeted outreach and contribute to program initiatives.
