Pacific Staffing is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead Accounting, Finance, and Technology in a hybrid Sacramento environment. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, reporting to the executive team, and guiding fiscal strategy for a nonprofit mission.

The CFO will manage budgeting, forecasting, audits, and grant accounting, overseeing a team of 9–12 direct reports, and driving ERP improvements and system implementations to support organizational growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years as CFO overseeing accounting, finance, and technology.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CPA preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, system implementations, and process optimization.
• Non-profit experience and grant accounting background preferred

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee the Accounting, Finance, and Technology departments.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee annual audits and regulatory/compliance reporting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors.
• Oversee payroll operations and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive system improvements, ERP utilization and implementations.
• Provide financial leadership for grant management.
• Partner with executive leadership for strategic planning and growth
