Pacific Staffing is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead Accounting, Finance, and Technology in a hybrid Sacramento environment. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, reporting to the executive team, and guiding fiscal strategy for a nonprofit mission.

The CFO will manage budgeting, forecasting, audits, and grant accounting, overseeing a team of 9–12 direct reports, and driving ERP improvements and system implementations to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as CFO overseeing accounting, finance, and technology.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CPA preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, system implementations, and process optimization.
• Non-profit experience and grant accounting background preferred

About the Role

The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will possess robust budgeting and forecasting expertise and will be responsible for overseeing audits and leading a team of 9–12 direct reports. Primary Responsibilities
