Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Diagnostic Clinician to split time between neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations and ongoing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults, with flexible hours and a focus on whole-child care.

The role is hybrid, onsite at least one day per week, with after-school hours and weekend coverage as needed. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and thorough documentation are essential for high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed (MD) LCSW/LMFT/LPC in MD.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care model.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to create integrated treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and feedback to families.
• Meet minimum weekly clinical service expectations following onboarding.
