Energy Jobline ZR in Cleveland, OH is seeking a hands-on Network Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise connectivity, optimize performance, and deliver network infrastructure for new sites and expansions.

The role requires 3–5 years of network engineering experience, Cisco routing/switching/WLAN, and the ability to work in a hybrid on-site schedule with travel as needed. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of network engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and maintain WAN, LAN, WLAN, and cloud network solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and outages.
• Monitor and improve network performance, capacity, and availability.
• Support new-site deployments and upgrades, including configuration and testing.
• Conduct network audits, failover testing, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and technical standards.
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior network engineers and support technology vendor evaluation and implementation.
