Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer I to design and prepare engineering work orders for deployments, upgrades, and fiber projects. You will oversee Outside Plant work within an assigned area, coordinating with planning and stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely delivery and high-quality service for Forged Fiber 37 customers.

The hybrid role is based in Chandler, AZ, with office presence as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable and able to work in engineering systems and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of telecommunications/engineering or network planning experience.
• Technical design knowledge: 3GIS, OSP tools, redline review.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Analyze local and wide area networks, plan and evaluate build solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, property owners, customers and authorities.
• Support senior engineers in design and delivery activities.
• Maintain accurate network records and data integrity.
• Process invoices and validate financial documentation.
