Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to coordinate WAN, LAN, and server infrastructure across multiple sites in a hybrid role in the United States. You will liaison with business units, IT teams, and MSPs, ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure aligned with global standards.

The role requires 6–8+ years in IT infrastructure, strong vendor management, and incident resolution experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/engineering.
• 6–8+ years IT infrastructure experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience with vendor-managed IT services and global standards.
• Strong WAN/LAN networking and infrastructure delivery skills.
• Experience across locations, new site deployments, and OT awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own WAN-related infrastructure requests, including circuit ordering and changes.
• Lead regular WAN provider meetings to review delivery and upcoming needs.
• Perform bandwidth planning to support growth and new sites.
• Coordinate LAN-related deployments, VLANs, expansions, and changes.
• Ensure infrastructure changes are documented, approved, and governed.
• Support readiness for factory expansions and OT/IT alignment.
