Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to join one of our top clients in Lakewood, Colorado.

This role focuses on deploying, supporting, and customizing mission-critical healthcare software at client sites within a healthcare technology environment, with a hybrid work schedule and travel. You will lead customer-facing implementations, work with clients and internal teams, troubleshoot SQL/Oracle, Windows Server, networking, and cloud platforms, and travel about 30–40% to client locations,

Qualifications

3+ years in SQL/Oracle databases with custom queries.
5+ years LAN/WAN config including firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing.
3+ years Windows Server administration: IIS, AD, DNS, DHCP, cert management.
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
Willingness to travel 30-40% to client sites.

Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing healthcare software implementations: planning, architecture, deployment, training, and support.
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to customize solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues in SQL/Oracle, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
Travel to client sites approximately 30-40% for deployment and support activities.
