Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies for the enterprise.
• Install, maintain, configure, test, troubleshoot and resolve issues with networks and related equipment.
• Support and administer company TCP/IP Ethernet networks.
• Assist with software/hardware upgrades and distribution.
• Provide tier 3 support to company staff.
• Respond to network user calls within one hour of receipt.
