Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a Network Administrator II to manage our on‑premises and cloud network infrastructure. The role covers routing, switching, wireless, firewall, voice, and security—working closely with Systems and Security teams for reliability and protection.

Responsibilities include health checks, connectivity troubleshooting, DR planning, and supporting office deployments. A University degree and CCNA or equivalent certification are preferred, with a flexible hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field required.
• 3+ years managing enterprise network infrastructure and related security controls.
• CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and WAN connections.
• Manage network security policies, remote access, and VPN activity.
• Support voice/UC technologies and maintain network documentation and topology maps.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, DR planning, and office expansion projects.
• Document configurations, changes, and best practices; stay current with industry standards.
