Job summary

WCBinc is seeking a Network Administrator to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT networks. This role includes day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution across network architecture and devices.

The position covers escalation, hardware and software problem isolation, and the integration of new technologies, including cloud migrations, to ensure service continuity and improved performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier2 and Tier3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Support escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and resolution.
• Isolate and resolve hardware and software problems involving applications, OS, hardware, or the communications infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components to improve reliability and performance.
• Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems including migration to Cloud environments.
• Support hardware infrastructure site surveys, planning and design.
• Provide transition planning and support for migration of services between environments.
