Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a software development intern to contribute to the full .NET stack, including VB.NET and C#, while learning modern HTML/JavaScript techniques. You’ll work with mentors and participate in stand-ups, demos and retrospectives to deliver features and improve code quality.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and building of new and existing solutions using the full .NET stack, HTML and JavaScript frameworks.
• Support testing and code documentation
• Implement product features
• Participate in daily stand-ups, business owner demos and team retrospectives
• Collaborate and pair with experienced software developers
• Apply classroom knowledge to gain professional experience
• Contribute to software craftsmanship and add value to the Baird business
• Participate in shadowing, mentorship, networking, professional development and intern program events
