Job summary

GCA seeks a Software Developer SME to support NCIS in Quantico, VA. This role requires enterprise app development with expert PL/SQL and .NET skills to modernize mission-critical case management systems on classified networks.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with onsite support 1–2 days per week. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, implement secure solutions, and ensure reliable operations in evolving mission environments.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
• DoD IAT Level II certification.
• Expert-level PL/SQL experience.
• Expert-level .NET experience.
• High school diploma with 10 years of relevant technical experience or commensurate experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application development, database integration, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting complex software applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using PL/SQL and .NET for NCIS mission requirements.
• Support modernization of case management applications in classified networks.
• Analyze and optimize PL/SQL code including stored procedures and queries.
• Develop and maintain .NET application code to support system functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and system engineers on integration and modernization.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Participate in SDLC activities including requirements, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Assist with testing, debugging, code reviews, and validation for quality.
