Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting a .NET Developer / Application Specialist to support USAMRIID at Fort Detrick, MD. The role blends development and compliance responsibilities in a hybrid work model.

You will design and sustain .NET WebForms and Razor apps, manage changes, and ensure regulatory alignment, while coordinating with product owners in an Agile environment. Strong communication and security clearances are required.

Qualifications

Experience building with .NET WebForms or Razor and SQL Server.
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for a software team.
Working knowledge of Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint Online.
Strong self-organization and ability to meet sprint commitments with minimal oversight.
Excellent written and verbal skills for government documentation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and sustain .NET WebForms and Razor applications using Visual Studio, C#, SQL Server, and related tools.
Serve as Primary or Secondary Application Specialist for one or more systems, owning requirements and compliance.
Apply full software development lifecycle: requirements, modeling, architecture, database design, and OO programming practices.
Manage application change control and promotion gates from Dev to Test to Prod.
Perform sustainment activities: bug fixes, testing, version control, training, and end-user support.
Maintain compliance with AR 25-1, AR 25-2, PII, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11/58, and DHA directives.
