Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a .NET Developer / Application Specialist to support USAMRIID at Fort Detrick, MD. The role combines application development, sustainment, and regulatory compliance responsibilities in a hybrid work model.

You will engage in agile ceremonies, work with Azure DevOps, and coordinate with technical and government stakeholders to deliver secure software solutions. Required qualifications include hands-on experience with .NET WebForms and Razor, C#, SQL Server,

Qualifications

Experience developing applications with .NET WebForms or Razor, C#, and SQL Server.
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for a software team.
Proficient with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint Online.
Strong self-organization with ability to meet sprint commitments.
Excellent written and verbal communication for government documentation.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment supporting US Army Medical Research Institute.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and sustain .NET WebForms and Razor apps using Visual Studio, C#, SQL Server.
Serve as PAS/SAS for one or more systems, owning requirements and compliance.
Apply full SDLC including modeling, architecture, data design, and OO programming.
Manage change control and promotion gates through Dev/Test/Prod.
Perform sustainment: bug fixes, testing, documentation, support, and training.
Maintain compliance with AR 25-1, AR 25-2, PII, HIPAA, and 21 CFR regs.
Create project plans, specs, change-control records, test plans, user guides.
