Job summary

Arthur Grand Technologies is seeking a .NET Programmer Analyst to support modernization of a tolling platform. You will develop backend services and APIs using .NET Core and C#, collaborating with architects, cloud engineers, and testers in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes building scalable microservices, integrating with Azure-based services, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines and data access optimization. Prior experience with tolling or transportation systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with .NET Core and C#.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience consuming and integrating with SQL Server on Azure VM environments.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with ETL pipelines such as SSIS or Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with SQL developers to implement data access patterns.
• Contribute to modernization of the tolling platform using microservices and modular architecture.
• Develop new features and enhance existing functionalities.
• Participate in performance optimization across application layers.
• Integrate with Azure-based components and cloud services.
