Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in program/operational management or contracts.
• PMI/PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Experience interfacing with government customers and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management for the NASA SEWP VI contract and related task orders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and supervise project managers to meet contract objectives.
• Serve as primary interface with government stakeholders (CO, COR, government program managers) and coordinate communications.
• Oversee program operations, resource alignment, schedules, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor contract performance using SLAs, KPIs, and program metrics; drive corrective actions.
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of contractual reports and documentation.
• Lead program reviews and customer engagements to communicate performance and risks.
