Job summary

The Controller at the Company will lead the accounting and financial administration teams from its Raleigh, NC base with flexible remote work as allowed by policy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred; GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and standards for accounting and financial administration, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Assess current accounting, finance, and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage consolidation of accounting information for subsidiaries and align with parent company.
• Collaborate with external auditors to improve policies, procedures, and controls per GAAP.
• Lead month-end closing, journal entries, payroll processing, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
• Develop dashboards and tools to provide timely insights into company performance.
• Provide financial due diligence for new deals and strategic initiatives.
