Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily portfolio in West LA on a hybrid schedule. The role partners with operations and executive leadership to drive asset performance and optimize NOI.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, investor reporting, and evaluating hold/sell decisions. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills required; Yardi preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily asset management experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and investor reporting.
• Yardi experience preferred; Argus a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily assets and monitor portfolio performance.
• Analyze NOI, occupancy, revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and CapEx initiatives.
• Prepare executive and investor reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Evaluate hold/sell decisions, refinancing opportunities, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to maximize asset value.
• Develop financial models and portfolio analytics to support decision-making.
