Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily portfolio in West LA on a hybrid schedule. The role partners with operations and executive leadership to drive asset performance and optimize NOI.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, investor reporting, and evaluating hold/sell decisions. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills required; Yardi preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily asset management experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and investor reporting.
• Yardi experience preferred; Argus a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.

A reall estate investment firm is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily portfolio. This role will partner with operations and executive leadership to drive asset performance, optimize NOI, and support strategic initiatives across the portfolio. This company is located in West LA and is on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multifamily assets and monitor portfolio performance
• Analyze NOI, occupancy, revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and CapEx initiatives
• Prepare executive and investor reporting, dashboards, and presentations
