Job summary

UCB is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for the Southeast region (Georgia and South Carolina) to drive scientific exchange with KOLs and clinical investigators. You will support medical strategies for Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes and collaborate cross-functionally to improve patient care across the territory.

The role requires a Doctorate with MSL experience or equivalent clinical background, and 60–80% travel within the Southeast. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with minimum 3 years’ MSL experience or equivalent clinical/industry background.
• Candidates must reside within the Southeast geographic territory (GA/SC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 60–80% in-territory.
• Experience in epilepsy and rare syndromes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key scientific and medical influencers to advance understanding of the portfolio.
• Provide scientific exchange and insights to support medical strategies and initiatives.
• Represent UCB at scientific conferences and educational events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance patient care and medical projects.
• Lead or support medical affairs activities within the region as assigned.
