• Process and review loan documentation for various loan types (Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, etc.).
• Coordinate with Underwriting and Closing to ensure timely file flow.
• Answer questions from consumers throughout the mortgage process and stay current on regulations.
• Train as needed.
