Qualifications

• Experience as a Loan Officer or mortgage origination professional.
• NMLS license (or eligibility to obtain) and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of loan products and underwriting processes.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear communication for borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers through the application and approval process.
