Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition (MCC) seeks a Program Manager for the MOMobile Managed Care program serving pregnant people and families with young children in the Philadelphia region. You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise advocates and interns, recruit staff, and coordinate with MCC, clients, and Medicaid MCO partners to deliver home visiting services.

You will monitor budgets, prepare reports, ensure compliance, and travel across the eight-county area as needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience in maternal and child health, home visiting, or related community work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health or related discipline; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the MOMobile Managed Care program and ensure service quality.
• Supervise and develop managed care advocates, lead advocate, and interns.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff; conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with MCC, clients, Medicaid managed care organizations (MCOs), and referrals.
• Monitor budgets, prepare reports/invoices, and manage contracts with MCO partners.
• Travel within the eight-county region as needed to conduct home visits and outreach.
• Ensure compliance with security guidelines and program funder requirements.
