Qualifications

• 7+ years of advanced endpoint management experience with deep expertise in mobile devices.
• Experience managing enterprise telecom vendors and handling operational insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the Microsoft Intune environment for mobile endpoints.
• Oversee mobile application lifecycle management to prevent data leakage.
• Serve as Tier III escalation lead for complex mobile enrollment issues.
• Manage automated device enrollment using DEP and Android Enterprise.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with telecom vendors and optimize service levels.
• Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and recommend strategic actions.

Skills

Proficiency in mobile device platforms (iOS/iPadOS, Android)

Expert knowledge of Intune capabilities

Working knowledge of mobile networking concepts

Familiarity with carrier management portals

Understanding of mobile security principles

Knowledge of Telecom Expense Management (TEM)

Excellent organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Advanced endpoint management experience (7+ years)
