Superhuman is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to help build an AI-native productivity platform for enterprises. You will own ML systems, including search ranking and proactive suggestions, and lead the development of a groundbreaking AI Agent Platform where multiple agents collaborate to solve complex user problems.

You will work with cutting-edge AI, ensure high-quality user experiences, and operate autonomously in a fast-changing environment with a focus on high-impact delivery.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience as a machine learning engineer or applied researcher.
• Deep understanding of modern algorithms and approaches to ML, NLP, and LLMs.
• Experience building LLM-based products.
• Strong bias toward delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
