Job summary

Ghafari Associates, LLC seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to deliver design and analysis for lighting, power, low voltage and control systems for Mission Critical facilities. Under supervision, you will develop construction documents for installation and interconnection of architectural, electrical, and mechanical components.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, professional registration, and 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Registration
• LEED accredited professional qualification preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze electrical systems for installation, interconnection and control of architectural, electrical and mechanical components.
• Design and engineer lighting and power distribution systems; include sizing and low voltage systems.
• Review project scope, electrical budget, design approach and constraints with PM or client as appropriate.
• Apply NEC and NFPA standards to electrical design.
• Adhere to project quality, budget and schedule.
• Prepare feasibility studies and schematic design packages.
