Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Pittsburgh is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of civil and commercial litigation experience to join the firm's Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will handle cases from inception through trial, draft pleadings and memos, and contribute to busy, high-stakes proceedings.

Applicants must have a JD from an accredited school, be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, and demonstrate outstanding research, writing, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
• Outstanding legal research skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to conclusion.
• Conduct factual investigations and research, and interact with clients.
• Draft research memos, motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery.
• Research relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, and argue motions.
• Conduct and manage all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery.
• Prepare for, assist in, and conduct hearings and trials.
• Assist in business development and marketing opportunities.
