• 3–5 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle substantive work on complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment briefs.
• Manage discovery, including written discovery, document production, e-discovery coordination, and related motions.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Support trial preparation, including witness prep, exhibits, and trial strategy.
• Analyze litigation risks and communicate with clients and cross-office teams.
