Job summary

Advanced Energy in Fort Collins, CO seeks an Assembler II – Hybrids to perform high mix electro-mechanical assembly at component level within an ISO 7 cleanroom. Responsibilities include setup, operation, and troubleshooting of production equipment, hand soldering, die placement, and documentation in the SAP MRP system.

The role requires experience with micro-electronic assembly, familiarity with ESD practices, and the ability to meet tight tolerance requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret technical assembly documentation and perform math functions.
Experience with SAP, MS Excel, SharePoint, pivot tables, and charting.
Knowledge of ESD practices and cleanroom environments (ISO 7).
Ability to establish and maintain CL II solder certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Produce micro-electronic assemblies using instruction sheets, drawings, and schematics.
Operate and troubleshoot production equipment including soldering irons, reflow ovens and test stands.
Document build activities and test results in the MRP system.
Maintain fixturing, calibration, and preventive/corrective maintenance training.
Communicate effectively with the cleanroom team and adhere to safety and ISO procedures.
Follow ISO7 cleanroom and safety requirements and work in a controlled environment.
